  • To reach Busa, visitors should follow the road from Solsona (Spain) to Berga (C-26) for about 9 km and then follow the sign off to the left. This track leads to the magnificent vantage point offered by thechurch and castle of Besora. Further along, visitors will reach the Pla (plain) de Busa, at an altitude of 1,526 m, where they will find the settlements of El Capolatell, El Capolat and El Cogul. From there, it is possible to enjoy breathtaking views of the Vall de Lord and Vall d'Ora valleys.

    The prison of Busa

On reaching the Busa plains, visitors should follow the signposts to the former prison of Busa. This is a 25 minute walk. The former prison is a natural structure and was used in the war against the French. It is now possible to get into the building via a metal footbridge.
